Substitution Policy |

Due to the availability of certain flowers/containers in various parts of the country, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions to ensure prompt delivery of your gift. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers/containers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the selected color, but may substitute with another color.
Specialty items, such as our containers used for new babies, often come in many styles and the container delivered might vary slightly from the one pictured.
Collectable items, such as Thomas Kinkade products, are never substituted without your approval. To ensure timely delivery of collectable items, make sure you provide a telephone number we can reach you during daytime hours. |
