The Flowers by Valerie Rewards program is a way to thank our customers for their loyalty.

How it works. You are automatically enrolled with your first purchase. You earn a 4% reward on each purchase. Once you accumulate $10 or more in rewards dollars, you may apply your rewards to any future purchases.

If you previously ordered by telephone and have never ordered online, you will need to link your existing account to an online account in order to use rewards previously earned.

Fine print. Rewards dollars may not be used to pay a balance due on previous purchases. You must notify us of your intent to use your earned rewards at the time the order is placed. If you are ordering online, you will be given an opportunity to apply your rewards balance during checkout. We are unable to apply rewards to an order that has already been saved. Earned rewards have no cash value and must be used within two years from the date earned. Net30 accounts must be current to redeem rewards. Earned rewards may not be sold, traded, transferred, or donated. Flowers by Valerie reserves the right to modify or cancel the Flowers by Valerie Rewards program at any time.
