Passwords are not required to place your first order. Once you have placed an order we create an account for you using your email address and an automatically generated password that is emailed to you. You may use this password to login and view the status of your order or place new orders without having to reenter your information.
I did not receive the password email
If you did not receive the email with your password, please check your spam or junk email folder. You may also want to contact the company providing your email service. Some companies block our email and prevent you from receiving all the benefits of using Flowers by Valerie such as delivery confirmations and our See What You Sent service.
Change Your Password
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Login using your existing password or if already logged in click "My Account" on the top right corner of the screen.
2. After the page loads, click the "Edit Profile" button.
3. After the page loads, click the link right under your email address that reads "Click Here."
4. After the page loads, enter your old password in the top box and your new password in the bottom two boxes. Click "Save Changes."
We have made it easy to recover your missing or forgotten password. Simply click this link to our Password Recovery page and enter your email address. Your password will be automatically emailed to you within seconds. After you receive it, you can signin and change your password by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of the page.
If you have a Net30 account AND you have never ordered online using your NET30 account, we will need to create an online identity that will link to your Net30 account so that you can order online without having to enter a credit card number. Please call us or use the feedback form to request that we create an identity for your Net30 account.
