Gift Card Program

If you have a Flowers by Valerie gift card that was purchased by you or someone else, you may use your gift card in our store, on our website, or with a telephone order. There is no expiration date.

Redemption:
During the checkout process, you will reach a payment page that allows for the entry of a gift card. The "Redemption Code" is what should be entered during checkout. Remember, this is not a discount or coupon, so it will not work that way. It is a form of payment like a credit card.

All non-promotional and some promotional gift cards may be used by telephone or in person at our store. If you want to use your gift card with a telephone order make sure you have the redemption code ready.

Promotional Gift Cards:
Promotional gift cards are given away by Flowers by Valerie during various promotional activities. Promotional cards may have additional limitations. If you received a physical card, the limitations are printed on the back. If you received your gift card by email, the limitations will be included in the email. Promotional gift cards can be identified by the words "Promotional Card" either printed below the bar code on the back of the physical card or specified in the email.

General Limitations:
The following applies to all gift cards: Gift card balances are not redeemable for cash. No record of ownership is maintained and it will be honored regardless of the bearer. Flowers by Valerie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Refunds of gift card purchases will either be refunded to the card used for the purchase or to a new gift card when the card used for the purchase is not available. Flowers by Valerie reserves the right to revise the gift card program as allowed by law. Any revisions will be posted to this website.
